Very family customer service oriented place. Henry ensures that everyone is well taken care of and that the staff speaks English in front of the clients. Some of the techs are honestly hit or miss it depends on what you are getting done. There are two white women who do really great work, Henry is also great. I have had a few times where the wait was pretty long but I will take a long wait over a crappy rushed job.
