Unopened headlight bulbs are NOT eligible for return (with receipt, less than 7 days after purchase)?! And I didn't even pick out the wrong bulbs. Because there is no book to cross reference for year, make and model when selecting headlights, the cashier selected the low beams headlight bulbs for me after looking it up in the computer. NEVER going back to this store. RUDE employees, selling the WRONG parts and hiding behind a B.S. return policy so they can move stock off the floor, regardless of whether it's what you actually need, and they KNOW you can't return or exchange the part. SLIMY business practices.
