This company has been very frustrating. I have never written a review on anything before but I am at my whit's end as to what to do. We were packed out on June 16 and given an RDD date of July 10th. First we were told it hasn't arrived yet, sometime around June 30. Then we were told that it had already been delivered to us...S we sat in an empty house. Multiple attempts to get an answer were ignored. Now at least we know they have our stuff, since June 29th but they can't deliver until at least the 18th. We are 20 years into military life and this is the first time I have ever encountered not only this level of incompetence but indifference as well. When i said thT my husband is deployed and I have two children that need T least a bed and a kitchen table, the answer was basically, well, you moved at the wrong time. My thought is this ( as a contractor for gov't myself): if you can't handle the workload, don't accept the job. I will be filing a complaint with the US Army and recommending that they do not use this company again. The lack of communication and level of indifference is astounding.
