I contracted a service to transport my dog from Washington-DC to São Paulo, Brazil. The service was not provided because the Company didn't book the flight in the terms I contracted and they asked to pay more money to send him from Miami. The condition to start the service was to pay $500.00 in advance and I used the PayPal payment. As everything I contracted changed after paying the initial deposit, I asked to cancel the contract and they refused to refund this initial payment I did. There is no information in the e-mails changed that this initial payment was non-refundable. They hidden the non-refundable information in the second paragraph of payment article in the signed contract, but this article is not about the 500,00 payment in advance. I’m sending e-mails to try to negotiate with them and nobody answer me. Take care with the service provides for this company!!!
